This 5 bedroom mid terrace house is located a few doors down from Smithtown rd.
In the centre of the student area, Smithtown rd offers:-

The house itself was our first 3 years ago and underwent initial full renovation and has been maintained to these standards, with modernisation this year.
We really pride ourselves on making every tenant feel like they are moving into a new house! The front door has both a normal night latch and a 7 lever Mortice lock, making it completely secure. There is also a Brand new state of the art alarm system, operated by code, with sensors in all ground floor rooms and on the front and back doors. This can be isolated so it is alarmed at night.

This bathroom consists of a toilet, sink, bath and an electric shower. Again, we fitted this all new and put in a high wattage shower – no low pressure dribbles!!!!In a smart cream and mahogany.






Bedrooms


5 bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 4 upstairs. In cool blues, warm orange and creams, they are very colourful. All with beautiful matching curtains and extremely expensive carpets, for that comfy feeling under foot.3 rooms are very large with double beds, 2 are smaller rooms with single beds (these are £6 per week cheaper).
This house costs £44 per person per week for the large rooms and £38 for the smaller room. That is right, average prices for an above average house! The retainer is approximately half rent. The deposit £200, but unlike most landlords, we generally do return deposits!!!!!!!
For anyone group renting this year who wishes to stay for another year, you will really do well. Next summer we will be completely redoing the house – Knocking walls, adding bathrooms, you name it! And if you stay, you will get first dibs on one of the best houses in Liverpool with little change to your rent!!!!
